i tried SPU ASMJIT with vulkan and GPU texture scaling. You may try SPU ASMJIT (may or may not be faster) and Vulkan (if your graphics card supports it.) Also turn on GPU texture scaling if you didn't already. I don't know what CPU you have but 2 fps seems almost abnormally slow. There are engine issues here causing for example collision detection to break down at this low speed.
